A: The price is R2995.00. This is a once-off life-time payment for as long as the phone that the software is installed on (the Target phone) is in use. The software cannot be transferred to another make of phone that runs on a different Operating System. |
Q: Does FoxCellSpy work on all phones? |
|
A: The FoxCellSpy software was developed to be compatible with all cell phones that run on the Symbian S60 Operating System. This includes all Nokia GPRS activated phones and some other makes and models as well. Please see the Compatible Phones list. |
Q: Can FoxCellSpy be installed remotely? |
|
A: No. You need to have the phone physically in your hands for about 10-15 minutes. Installation is quick and user-friendly. |
Q: Can anybody see if FoxCellSpy is on the phone? |
|
A: There is no way to detect FoxCellSpy once installed. FoxCellSpy is not a virus and must be deliberately installed onto the Target phone directly, with a unique set of steps and configurations, License Key Number and Password. It will not perform any functions that were not configured by human intervention. However, it does not install any visible program menus, folders or icons (iPhone version can choose to Hide/Unhide the icon for access). Once installed, it may only be accessed or uninstalled by equally deliberate human intervention. The software is installed on the phone’s Memory, not on the Sim Card. |
Q: How do I install Fox Cell Spy on my phone? |

A: The Application is send to your email address in an attachment file. This needs to be installed using the Target phones data cable and PC Suite. If this option is not available to you, a SD Card pre-loaded with the software can be purchased couriered to you. This is simply inserted into the Target phone and Installation can be done directly from there. |
Q: Will installing Fox Cell Spy affect the performance of my phone? |

A: No – not at all. The software was developed NOT to interfere with the phone’s normal functions. |
Q: If the phone is formatted, will FoxCellSpy still be on the phone? |
|
A: NO – formatting any phone removes all programs and software from the phone. FoxCellSpy will then have to be re-installed, just like all the other software applications needed to make the phone functional. |
