When one considers that with labour legislation weighted heavily in favour of the protection of employee’s rights, it is no longer possible to simply dismiss an employee.
It stands to reason that a company that has not initiated a pre-employment screening programme and has inadequate security controls and lacks strict company policies is even more susceptible to internal losses.
